Don’t do what I did and call another company to clean your carpets. My carpets didn’t even look like they had been cleaned. I called Ultrasteam the next day. They made room in their schedule to come right away. Joe was great. When he was done my carpets looked brand new. Lesson learned; you get what you pay for. I will never use anyone but Ultrasteam.
